Before discussing Web site design, we were asked detailed questions, about how we would like to market ourselves as a company, and if we would like the website to tailor ourselves to a particular market.
From this information, we were given samples of pages to look at, which were quickly amended from our notes. Once we were happy with the web site, all the hosting was taken care of, and email address were set up for us also.
We aren’t tech ‘Savvy’, therefore Phase One were the perfect fit for us, and they continue to upload new data for us, and answer any questions that we have going forward.

How long will my website take to build?
This varies based on the project requirements and your specific needs. On average starter projects take one to two weeks, and Pro websites take around 8-12 weeks to build.
How much does a website cost?
We offer two options. One page websites for startups that need to get online fast are £750. For anything outside of this we put together a bespoke quote based on your needs. These projects currently start at £2500.
Can you make changes to my website after it launches?
Absolutely! We provide WordPress website management services to ensure your website remains updated and well-maintained after it launches. If you don’t have a management plan with us, we may still be able to assist you with changes on an hourly basis, depending on our availability and schedule. Please reach out to us for further details and to discuss your specific needs.
Can I update my website myself?
Certainly! You will have full access to the website’s backend, allowing you to log in and make changes on your own.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Your website will be designed to be fully responsive and work across all device types and screen sizes, including mobile devices.
How much input do I have?
Website design is a collaborative process, and we value your input, feedback, and approval at every stage of the project. We understand that some clients may not have a specific preference or prefer to entrust us with complete creative direction, and we are more than happy to accommodate that. In such cases, we thoroughly research your niche to create a design that aligns with your vision and goals.
How long will my design last in terms of relevancy?
All websites we build are designed with longevity and scalability in mind. We avoid trends and instead use solid design principles to ensure your sight doesn’t quickly become outdated. That said your site design will need to be reviewed every 2-4 years. The way we build our sites means you likely won’t need to update the underlying structure and any updates will be visual and layout orientated.
To safeguard against this further we recommend using our VIP maintenance plan which includes constant updates and design revision so that your site is always evolving.
